Soccer Players who have represented their countries and played with their National Team at international FIFA tournaments (excluding futsal or beach soccer), or Soccer players who have played under contract, as part of the First-team squad, in a Professional League in The United States or Europe such as MLS, USL, the Premier League, Bundesliga, La Liga, Serie A, or Ligue 1;  could be eligible to obtain a visa to play in the U.S. or U.S. permanent residence and U.S. Citizenship. In certain scenarios, a contract to play in the U.S. may not be required.
