Our Unique Approach to

Help You Avoid Common Mistakes.

Start With the Right Information

For years, we’ve had the privilege of helping hundreds of individuals and businesses—both inside and outside the U.S.—secure visas, obtain legal permanent residency, and become U.S. citizens. But we’ve also had to turn many clients away. Why? Not because they lacked determination, but because they were either too early in their journey and did not yet met the requirements, or had already began their process of business creation in the U.S.A. but had already made mistakes (which were 100% avoidable if they had the right plan). Such mistakes complicated, delayed, or outright damaged their chances of approval.

One of the most common reasons applicants get stuck is misunderstanding the process of launching a business in the United States. From setting up the business entity, drafting bylaws, and fulfilling corporate responsibilities, to transferring capital, purchasing assets, and preparing proper documentation—each step matters, and each step has a process that is unique and different for foreign investors. If not followed correctly, these missteps can have serious consequences during the process of applying for a visa.

That's precisely why we changed our approach. Before filing a case with USCIS, we educate prospective investors on the requirements, possibilities, and risks of visas for multinational investors and corporations, such as the visas E-2, L-1, y permanent residency EB. Our online lessons, webinars, and one-on-one meetings are designed to provide applicants with detailed information before they make costly mistakes in their application process.

By engaging with us, applicants can learn:

  • The purpose and intent behind U.S. immigration laws, as envisioned by Congress

  • A clear, practical breakdown of the legal requirements for E, L, Eb2-NIW and EB-1C visas

  • Key insights from the USCIS Manual and the Department of State’s Manual—the same resources officers use to decide cases.

  • Proven workflows, checklists, and strategies we’ve developed through years of direct communication with government offices.

  • Real case studies with in-depth legal analysis of approvals and denials.

  • And weekly live webinars where we answer your questions directly

By engaging with us, you’ll know what makes a visa application strong—and what common pitfalls to avoid. Whether you plan to apply on your own, or later choose to work with our office, you’ll be making decisions based on real knowledge, not guesswork.

Get the clarity you need. Start building your business and immigration journey the right way.

Build your future in the U.S., the smart way.

Next, we fill out the appropriate forms accurately, ensuring all sections are complete. We review the application before it is filed with USCIS.

03

Legal Review

We have strict standards when it comes to our work, we never compromise on quality, and we work tirelessly to maintain those standards. For clients who hire us to file applications with USCIS, the legal review process for a USCIS application involves several steps: first, an attorney examines the completed application for accuracy and compliance with immigration laws. Next, we verify supporting documents, check for inconsistencies, and ensure all necessary forms are included. Finally, we answer your questions, provide feedback, and make revisions before your application is submitted to USCIS for adjudication.
