What is included?

01

Licensed Attorney

Legal matters are complex and require experience and knowledge. Untrained individuals may not fully understand immigration law or its nuances, leading to misleading information. During your initial meeting with an attorney, we can address legal issues or concerns. During this session, the attorney provides guidance, evaluates the situation, and outlines possible legal options. It's an opportunity for you to understand your legal rights and to determine the next steps in your application.

02

Your application

We gather necessary documents and information relevant to your case. Next, we fill out the appropriate forms accurately, ensuring all sections are complete. We review the application before it is filed with USCIS.

03

Legal Review

We have strict standards when it comes to our work, we never compromise on quality, and we work tirelessly to maintain those standards. The legal review process for a USCIS application involves several steps: first, the attorney examines the completed application for accuracy and compliance with immigration laws. Next, we verify supporting documents, check for inconsistencies, and ensure all necessary forms are included. Finally, we answer your questions, provide feedback, and make revisions before your application is submitted to USCIS for adjudication.

Our Services

We focus on applications for fiancés, spouses, and family members of U.S. citizens;
visas for foreign investors,
and

residency for professional athletes.

FIANCE VISA K1 K2

The K1 visa is a non-immigrant visa for foreign fiancés of U.S. citizens, allowing them to enter the U.S. for marriage within 90 days. The K2 visa is for the children of K1 visa holders, enabling them to accompany their parent. Both visas facilitate family reunification and a path to permanent residency.

ADJUSTMENT OF STATUS

Adjustment of status for fiancés, spouses, or direct family members of U.S. citizens allows them to apply for lawful permanent residency while in the U.S. This process involves submitting forms to USCIS, demonstrating eligibility through a qualifying relationship, and attending an interview to finalize their green card status.

DROP CONDITIONS

Certain spouses of U.S. citizens must file a Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, within the 90-day window before the two-year anniversary of obtaining their green card, or risk deportation. This process includes submitting evidence of a bona fide marriage and attending an interview, if required.

INVESTOR'S VISAS
(no minimum) E-2

Non-immigrant visas for foreign nationals from treaty countries to invest in and manage a U.S. based business. This visa allows for indefinite renewals.

Our service fee covers a family unit of 4 (spouse and 2 kids), and also the process of writing your ideas into a business plan.

EXECUTIVE TRANSFER
L1A EB1C

This visa enables business expansion into the U.S. market. by allowing companies to transfer managers or executives to a U.S. office.

Our service fee covers a family unit of 4 (spouse and 2 kids), and also the process of writing your ideas into a business plan. â€‹

RESIDENCY FOR ATHLETES EB1A

Permanent residency for professional athletes with extraordinary ability who can demonstrate significant achievements in their sports. It does not require a job offer or labor certification.

Our service fee covers a family unit of 4 (spouse and 2 kids)

NATURALIZATION CITIZENSHIP

Naturalization is the process by which a foreign national becomes a U.S. citizen. Applicants must meet specific eligibility criteria, including residency requirements, demonstrate good moral character, pass English and civics tests, and take an Oath of Allegiance. Naturalization grants full citizenship rights

PIP PAROLE IN PLACE (MILITARY)

Parole in Place (PIP) allows certain family members of U.S. military personnel who entered the U.S. without a visa to apply for temporary lawful status without leaving the country. It helps protect them from deportation while they pursue immigration benefits, recognizing the contributions of military families.

KEEPING FAMILIES TOGETHER

Parole is an exercise of DHS’s discretionary authority under section 212(d)(5)(A) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) to allow certain noncitizen “applicants for admission” to be present in the United States on a temporary, case-by-case basis for urgent humanitarian reasons or significant public benefit.

WORK PERMITS

A USCIS work permit, or Employment Authorization Document (EAD), allows eligible individuals, such as asylum seekers or those with pending immigration applications, to work legally in the U.S. The permit is typically valid for a specific period and must be renewed to maintain work authorization.

TRAVEL PERMIT

A USCIS travel permit, also known as Advance Parole, allows individuals with pending immigration applications to travel outside the U.S. and return without jeopardizing their status. It’s essential for those seeking adjustment of status, ensuring they can re-enter the country while their application is processed.

EXTENSION OR CHANGE OF STATUS

USCIS change of status allows an individual to switch from one non-immigrant visa category to another while in the U.S., such as from a student to a worker. An extension of status enables individuals to prolong their stay in the same visa category. Both processes require meeting eligibility criteria.
