THE LAW FIRM
THE MANNER IN WHICH LEGAL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED TO INTERNATIONAL ENTREPENEURS CAN AND SHOULD BE BETTER.
An attorney needs to not only review the client’s file, but an attorney must also understand the client’s goals, and concerns. An attorney should also inquire about family members, challenges, and their tolerance for risk. Only then, an attorney will be able to develop a legal strategy that accurately meets a client’s needs and wants.
A MODERN APPROACH
My firm works with clients in many parts of the USA and around the world. Whether we meet remotely or in person, you can expect the same commitment to excellence with every application.
NO SURPRISE LEGAL FEES
Clients pay flat fees. You will not be billed by the hour.
OTHER LAW FIRMS
Many small immigration law firms concentrate on asylum and deportation defense cases. Asylum and deportation defense are tremendously complex areas of immigration law and their attorneys may not have sufficient time available to learn, master, and stay current on the concepts and intricacies of Business Immigration Law.
On the other hand, large law firms rely on teams of non-attorneys to help process thousands of cases. Similar to a factory production line, thousands of immigration applications pass thru multiple hands before they reach the attorney's desk. Quality control becomes a challenge in those environments.
THE ORTIZ LAW DIFFERENCE
Ortiz Law is a true boutique Law Firm focused on businesses and Business Immigration Law where clients can still meet with their attorney directly as frequently as needed. A law firm where business people can talk to an attorney with experience in business, technology, startups, equity funding, contracts, and multinational corporate registration
The firm does not accept cases related to Asylum, Deportation Defense, Detentions, VAWA, TPS, U, T, or R visas.
